Request the plan's included services, coverage, term, renewal and cancellation conditions with your equipment quotation. Do not assume every on-site installation, inspection or maintenance visit is included in the monthly fee.
Remote and on-site support are different.
Manufacturer information describes remote technical support through work orders or telephone. Site preparation, regulated electrical work, inspections and other local tasks are handled by appropriately qualified providers where required. Confirm responsibility and fees before purchase.
Warranty is a separate set of terms.
The stated warranty is 3 years for the structure and 1 year for parts, with lifetime remote technical support. The written warranty sets coverage, exclusions and the process for obtaining service.
United States projects.
US service terms are quoted separately. The Canadian fee is not converted into a US monthly fee.
