Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, country and the other project information you choose or are required to provide. We record the request type, submission time, privacy confirmation and a reference number. Do not include sensitive personal information in the message.
How it is used
We use inquiry information to evaluate and respond to your equipment or document request, maintain a record of the conversation and operate the inquiry service. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Technical services and preferences
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Inquiry records are stored in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. For rate limiting, the service keeps a temporary hashed network identifier instead of storing your raw IP address in the inquiry record. Pricing-market preferences may be saved in your browser's local storage. No advertising pixels or optional marketing analytics are enabled at launch.
Documents
After an accepted document request, a temporary download link is provided. Anyone who receives that link can use it until it expires. A downloaded file can be retained or shared.
Retention and access
We retain inquiry records as needed to handle your request and maintain relevant business records. Access to the database is restricted through the hosting account; there is no public inquiry directory. Service providers may process information outside your province or country. This website does not promise storage exclusively in Canada.

Contact sales@mycoframe.com to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Include your inquiry reference if available. You may clear the market preference through your browser settings.
