MYCOFRAME / How it works

From inoculated bag to harvest.

Understand five stages of mushroom growing environment management, third-party bag supply, cloud control and the hands-on work around the MycoFrame system.

01

Colonization

Manage the environment as the mycelium develops inside pre-inoculated bags. Substrate preparation, sterilization and inoculation happen at the supplier.

02

Pinning induction

Adjust the environment for the transition from colonized substrate to fruiting, using a recipe matched to the variety and bag.

03

Pinning

Support the formation of mushroom pins through coordinated humidity, fresh air, temperature and lighting.

04

Growth

Monitor the growing environment as fruit bodies develop. Inspect the crop and adjust the production plan as needed.

05

Harvest

Maintain conditions through maturity. People harvest, handle and pack the mushrooms; automated climate control does not replace these tasks.

THE AUTOMATION LAYER

Stay connected
to the environment.

Cloud AI control coordinates environmental settings. The app provides remote live view, playback and motion-triggered alerts.

4G/LTE connectivity is required continuously for cloud control and remote monitoring. During short interruptions, the edge gateway holds the current state. This does not mean complete offline automation.

Support requests use the app's work-order system or telephone. Confirm the available service scope for your project.

Between batches: unoccupied treatment.

Ozone treatment is performed with the space unoccupied, using safety interlocks, ventilation purge and all-clear before entry. Follow the supplied operating and safety procedures. It is not an occupied-space crop operation.

Supply the right bags.

Arrange compatible pre-inoculated bags with a third-party supplier. An undivided container shares one environment, so plan a batch around one variety or verified compatible needs. Confirm bag dimensions, variety, readiness and the recipe with the supplier and equipment team.
