Growing
What does the container automate?
It manages the environment through colonization, pinning induction, pinning, growth and harvest. People still load bags, inspect crops, harvest, clean and maintain the system.
What must I supply?
You arrange compatible, pre-inoculated substrate bags from a third-party supplier, along with the site, utilities, connectivity and people to operate the farm. Substrate preparation, sterilization and inoculation are outside the equipment scope.
What yield should I expect?
The Standard reference is approximately 0.5 lb per bag per round: approximately 2,000 lb / 907 kg from 4,000 bags. Actual sellable yield depends on variety, bag quality, layout, crop management and losses. It is not guaranteed.
Is every crop ready in 10 days?
No. Approximately 10 days is a fastest harvest reference for select varieties under optimal conditions. It is not a fixed full five-stage cycle or a promised annual production schedule.
Can I grow different varieties together?
An undivided container shares one environment. Plan a batch around one variety or varieties with compatible needs; changing a recipe does not establish compatibility for every species.
Automation
What happens if the internet drops?
Cloud control and remote monitoring require continuous connectivity. The edge gateway holds the current state during short interruptions; this is not a claim of fully autonomous offline operation.
What does sensor accuracy mean?
The stated ±0.3°C, ±1.5% RH and ±30 ppm values describe sensors. They do not mean every part of the container remains within those limits at all times.
How is ozone treatment handled?
Treatment is between batches with the space unoccupied, using safety interlocks and a ventilation purge. Follow the supplied procedure and confirm all-clear before entering; it is not an occupied-space growing function.
Pricing & support
What is the Canadian service-plan fee?
Canada requires a base service plan of CAD 1,500 per month, billed separately from equipment. Obtain the written scope, term, renewal and cancellation conditions with your quote. US service terms are quoted separately.
What support and warranty are described?
Manufacturer terms describe 3 years for the structure, 1 year for parts and lifetime remote technical support. Support uses work orders or telephone; applicable coverage, exclusions and third-party on-site work are confirmed in writing.
Deployment
What do I need before delivery?
Plan access and lifting, a suitable site, electrical service, water and drainage, continuous connectivity, bag supply, harvest handling and cold storage. Qualified local providers handle site work and regulated installation where required.
How long does delivery take?
The manufacturer reference is 8–12 weeks for Standard and Compact, and 12–16 weeks for Custom. Peak periods may add 2–4 weeks. Your confirmed quote sets the schedule.
